About the Role

We are seeking a Social Media Content Creator Intern to join NovaForge. This role will focus on creating engaging content, managing social media platforms, and supporting marketing campaigns to grow NovaForge’s digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation: Produce engaging written, visual, and short-form video content for NovaForge's social channels.
• Channel Management: Maintain and schedule the content calendar across the company's social media platforms.
• Campaign Support: Support marketing campaigns with platform-appropriate assets and copy.
• Community Engagement: Monitor and respond to audience interaction in the company voice.
• Performance Tracking: Track reach and engagement, and report what the results suggest.
• Brand Consistency: Work with the marketing team so every post is consistent with Vosyn's brand and tone.

About You

• Educational Background: Currently pursuing or completed a Master's in marketing, communications, digital media, or related fields.
• Experience: Demonstrated interest or experience in social media management or content creation, with examples you can show.
• Content Skills: Able to produce platform-appropriate written, visual, and short-form video content.
• Consistency: An eye for brand voice and visual consistency across a high volume of posts.
• Analytics: Comfortable reading engagement data and adjusting the plan based on what it says.
• Passion for AI & Startups: Interest in building an audience for a company whose product is still being discovered.

About the Placement

We have a scheduled ongoing placement immediately and an ongoing bi-weekly placement until June. We are also screening candidates for our Summer and Fall of 2025 to align with academic internship schedules. Your placement can be either full-time or part-time. The internship duration is 520 hours (3 months full-time / 6 months part-time). We allow flexibility to avoid any conflicts with academic responsibilities. Please outline your ideal placement date or term and any constraints you may have. What You’ll Do:
Content Creation: Design and produce content for social media, including posts, reels, and event highlights.
Platform Management: Manage and update NovaForge’s social media channels consistently.
Campaign Support: Assist in executing marketing campaigns for events, partnerships, and programs.
Community Engagement: Interact with followers, respond to messages, and build an engaged audience.
Analytics & Insights: Track performance metrics and optimize content strategies.
Professional Development: Stay updated on trends in social media, AI, and digital marketing
