About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Quality Assurance (QA) Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for a Master's level student with a passion for ensuring software quality and reliability. As a QA Intern, you will work closely with our development and product teams to test and validate software, ensuring it meets the highest standards before release.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for various software applications.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking tools.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing.
• Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on software products.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback to the development team.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and QA strategies.

About You

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated from a Master’s program in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
• Experience with manual testing; familiarity with automated testing tools is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in issue tracking tools (e.g., Jira) is an asset.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
