About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Management Intern to join our innovative team and contribute to a groundbreaking project in Artificial Intelligence (AI). If you're passionate about operational strategy and eager to make an impact in a rapidly evolving industry, this opportunity is for you. As an Operations Management Intern, you will play a key role in project management and operational strategy, helping to shape the future of our company initiatives. About You

• Currently enrolled or recently graduated in an MBA or from a Master’s program in operations, project management, or organizational development, or a related field. Master’s program enrollment or completion is mandatory.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Outstanding communication and leadership abilities to effectively manage teams and drive project success.
• Analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and implementing best practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsiblities

• Assist in project management efforts, including planning, execution, and monitoring of projects
• Provide vision, direction, and guidance to ensure project success and team cohesion.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices
• Contribute to the development and execution of staffing plans in support of our aggressive growth objectives
