About the Role
We are seeking a strategic Automation Solution Architect to drive operational efficiency by designing and implementing sophisticated automation solutions. You will transform complex business processes through innovative RPA technologies, workflow optimization, and cross-functional collaboration, enabling Vosyn to achieve unprecedented technological agility.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering and process analysis across departments
- Design scalable, robust automation solutions leveraging advanced technologies
- Implement robotic process automation (RPA) and workflow automation
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation
- Monitor and optimize automation performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive technological innovation
- Continuously explore emerging automation technologies and best practices

Required Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in automation architecture or systems engineering
- Expertise in RPA platforms (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell)
- Advanced knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, GCP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills
- Proven track record of successful automation project delivery
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in RPA and automation technologies
- Experience in AI-driven automation solutions
- Background in technological innovation
- Advanced degree in Computer Science or related field
